We aim to ship your orders promptly. Please be aware that delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number to monitor its progress.

Shipping Within Australia

Australia Post Delivery Service

• Free Standard Shipping
  Enjoy free standard shipping on orders of $150 or more. For orders under $150, a shipping fee of $12 applies. Orders placed before 1 PM (AEST) will be dispatched the same day.

• Express Shipping
  For an additional $13, you can select express shipping at checkout.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped. Our delivery service does not require a signature upon delivery. If you need a signature or special instructions, please select the Express shipping + signature on delivery option.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

International Orders

• Free Standard Shipping
  We offer free standard shipping on international orders over $200. This service is fully trackable.

• Flat Rate Shipping
  For orders under $200, a flat rate of $15 applies. You will receive an email with tracking details once your package has been shipped. Please allow 7-15 business days for delivery. Shapes in the Sand is not responsible for any duties, import charges, or taxes on international orders.

• Express Shipping
  If you prefer express shipping, please select this option at checkout for an additional $40 for international customers.
