Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we will cover the shipping cost for sending your replacement. Express Post is also available for exchanges nationwide.
Return Policy

Final Sale: All discounted and sale items are final sale. This includes items purchased with promotional discount codes, including our gift card promotions.

Refunds: Full refunds are only available for non sale, full priced items.

Exchange or Store Credit: We are happy to exchange your item or provide an online store credit note if your preferred item is unavailable. Credit notes are valid for 1 year.

Return Processing Time
Once we’ve received your return, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. We always aim to handle returns as quickly as possible, and this timeframe ensures your item can be inspected and your refund or exchange arranged smoothly. Please note that refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

Condition of Items

Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Once tags are removed, returns will not be accepted.

Returns must be made within 14 working days for Australian orders and within 25 days for international orders.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear and the protective hygiene liner must remain in place.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met.
Faulty Items
Every garment is carefully checked before shipping. If you receive a faulty item, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will assess the item and offer:

A refund (for full-priced items) or store credit (for sale items)
Capsule Collections
As our capsule collections are produced in small, limited runs, we cannot guarantee the availability of specific sizes or styles for exchanges. If your desired item is unavailable, we will issue an online store credit. To extend the life of your garment, please follow the care instructions provided.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled. Each pre order is produced in small quantities to minimise waste and ensure responsible production. By placing a pre-order, you are securing a piece made specifically for you.
Return Postage
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure your return parcel is prepaid and insured to protect against loss or damage. Once we receive your return, we will email you to confirm your exchange, refund, or store credit has been processed.
